General Information
Poster during ECOS2025 will be displayed in the designated area which is located at the foyer of the Conference Center. The area is accessible from the entrance of the Conference Hall.
The Posters will be demonstrated during all conference days, and they will be always accessible during the conference. Poster presenters are recommended to be present by their posters during the two Poster Sessions to interact with the attendees as follows:
• Tuesday 2 July – Session 1
• Wednesday 3 July – Session 2
Poster presenters should make sure their poster is in place before the start of their poster session. The allocated locations will be listed in the conference program.
Poster Award
In this edition of ECOS conference, there will be a special award for the best poster. The originality, clarity, and presentation of the poster, as well as its explanation by the author/presenter, will be evaluated by a committee.
Hanging your Poster
Posters can be hung up on Sunday 30th June and Monday 1st July and must be removed before 18:00 on Friday 5th July. After that time all remaining Posters may be disposed.
The Area, Session and Number of your Poster can be found in the ΕCOS2025 Program which will be provided at registration desk and will be displayed in each of the 2 areas.
Poster Dimensions
Poster boards will be provided to accommodate all posters. The dimensions of the posters should be: A0 paper dimensions approximately 0.90cm x 1.20 cm (width x height) in portrait orientation. There is no defined format or template for the posters.
All materials necessary for attaching the posters to the boards will be available at the facility desks in the respective Poster area. Assistance will be available by the secretariat’s personnel to help authors in putting up or in taking down their posters, if needed.
Handouts
You are welcome to distribute handouts of your posters. You can bring your own printed material, or you can print it locally with the help of the conference secretariat.
On site printing of Posters
We can arrange to print your poster locally. Please send a PDF file to *e-mail* before 25 June 2025. We will inspect the validity of the file and we will send you confirmation within 24 hours. The cost per Poster is 50 € which can be paid at registration.
