•   Abstract submission deadline: December 15^th, 2024 January 10^th, 2025
•   Notification of abstract acceptance: January 24^th, 2025
Due to the exceptional number of submissions, the notification of acceptance will be sent at the beginning of February.

•  Full paper submission for review: March 16^th, 2025 March 31^th, 2025
This will be the last date extension
•  Notification of review results: April 30^th, 2025 Delayed
•  Final paper submission: June 1^st, 2025 June 11^th, 2025
